Lafert Group’s brake motors combine the efficiency of asynchronous technology with high safety during stopping and holding.

AMBZ Series / Asynchronous electric motors equipped with AC brake featuring a double braking surface and a stepwise high braking torque (Mb > 1.5 Mn), ensuring precise and reliable stopping.

They provide fast and powerful braking typical of AC brake systems and are ideal for industrial applications requiring high braking frequency and/or frequent start-stop operations.

Designed with a dedicated brake power supply through a special terminal board, avoiding the need for the user to make modifications due to power supply switching.
