Lafert Group’s brake motors combine the efficiency of asynchronous technology with high safety during stopping and holding.

AMS Series / Asynchronous electric motors equipped with DC brake featuring a single braking surface and a low braking torque (Mb < Mn), ensuring slow and safe stopping.

They provide light, progressive, and quiet braking, typical of DC brakes with low braking torque, and are recommended for industrial applications requiring slow and safe stopping of large masses.

Suitable for industrial applications requiring high reliability, safety and controlled braking.

Designed with fixed braking torque and reduced length, allowing them to be used for direct integration without modification of the equipment.
