Lafert Group’s brake motors combine the efficiency of asynchronous technology with high safety during stopping and holding.

AMBY Series / Asynchronous electric motors equipped with DC brake featuring a double braking surface and a stepwise high braking torque (Mb > 1.5 Mn), ensuring precise and reliable stopping.

They provide quiet and progressive braking, typical of DC brake systems. Recommended for all industrial applications that require reduced noise levels or a high number of starts per hour.

Suitable for industrial applications requiring high reliability, safety and controlled braking.

Designed with a dedicated brake power supply through a built-in rectifier located in the terminal box.
